Often commercial buildings requirement some adaptation in order to accommodate the live-in guardian concept. At Pia Guardians we go beyond to not only ensure we are fully compliant with regulations but also to provide an environment that the guardians will call home.

 

We ensure that buildings are fitted out to current government recommended HMO standards. This includes, but not limited to, fire detection and safety, electrical safety, the provision of bathrooms, washing facilities and kitchens per number of Guardians. Particular attention is given to the security install, this typically includes CCTV installation and a full overview of window and door defence.

 

All our properties are regularly cleaned and an appointed head guardian on every site takes responsibility in ensuring all the other licensees are similarly committed in ensuring that the guardians take ownership in maintaining these different and exciting spaces.

 

Pia Guardians carries comprehensive Public and Employers liability insurance, in addition to professional indemnity insurance.
